Article 1 — Purpose

These general terms of sale govern the sale of products made on the site mystery-buns.com by [COMPANY NAME]. Placing an order implies unconditional acceptance of these terms.

Article 2 — Products and pricing

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. The exact contents (color) of each Bun Mystery are random and sealed before shipping, in line with the product description on the product page.

Article 3 — Order and payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout. The order is confirmed once payment is verified.

Article 4 — Shipping

Orders are prepared within 24 to 48h and shipped according to the chosen delivery zone (Metropolitan France, European Union, International, Rest of the world). Delivery times and shipping fees are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Article 5 — Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without needing to justify a reason.

Exception: in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for goods unsealed by the consumer after delivery that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons.
